Schaduf, as the main Egyptian consultant, has been appointed to provide the masterplan and landscape architecture services for both the single family and multiple family residential parcels, from schematic design to construction drawings.
The development master plan showcases a diverse array of multi-family buildings, varying in height and density, creating a dynamic and visually appealing urban landscape. Schaduf has been entrusted with the landscape design of this remarkable project, overseeing every detail from the initial schematic design to the tender stages.
One of the iconic features of O-West is its commitment to sustainability. In designing the landscape for O-West, Schaduf implemented a range of advanced landscape architectural techniques to create a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
