As the lead consultant for this expansive 1500-guest resort, Schaduf took charge of the overall master planning, landscape design, and project management across the impressive 155,000 m² site.
Our innovative design approach addressed key challenges posed by the region’s hot climate, limited water availability, and scarce natural shading. Through the careful selection of resilient, drought-tolerant plant species adapted to the site’s unique weather conditions, we created a sustainable and visually stunning landscape that thrives in harmony with its environment.
The result is a thoughtfully crafted outdoor environment that not only enhances guest experience but also exemplifies responsible stewardship of one of Egypt’s most precious natural coastal assets.
