Designed as a collection of interconnected neighborhoods, Kaya Town prioritizes pedestrian and bicycle-friendly streets, fostering a lively, walkable community. At its core lies a network of lush green corridors—more than just pathways, these dynamic linear parks connect homes, commercial hubs, and recreational spaces, offering shade, social gathering spots, and a breath of fresh air throughout the development.

Our landscape design harmonizes perfectly with this green framework. We carefully selected native, drought-tolerant plants perfectly suited to Alexandria’s climate—imagine strolling under canopies of fragrant Acacia farnesiana or resting in intimate pocket parks shaded by silvery Olea europaea trees—minimizing water use while enhancing biodiversity.

Honoring Egypt’s rich water heritage, we integrated thoughtfully placed water features—bioswales, rain gardens, and reflective pools—that manage stormwater sustainably while creating tranquil focal points. The gentle sound of flowing water and shimmering surfaces invite relaxation and calm.

Kaya Town offers diverse public spaces tailored to every lifestyle—vibrant community plazas for social events, quiet neighborhood gardens for contemplation, and creative play areas for children crafted from natural materials to inspire imagination and activity.

We also cherish the existing natural landscape, carefully preserving mature trees for immediate shade and character, while embracing varied topography to create unique microclimates and visual interest.

Hardscape elements reflect local authenticity, featuring natural stone and locally sourced materials. Permeable paving supports groundwater recharge, while sensitive lighting design enhances safety and ambiance without disrupting the night sky.
