Spanning nearly 1 million square meters, the Dubai Development Resort site is envisioned to feature an 800-meter-long beachfront, complemented by water villas centered around vibrant cultural activities.

Starting from the initial stages, Schaduf Landscape Architects conducted a comprehensive feasibility study and developed a business plan to guide the project’s direction. Additionally, Schaduf finalized the schematic master design, laying the foundation for this ambitious waterfront development.
