QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Sc. in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or Planning.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in landscape architecture or master planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent data analysis, site development, design skills, and technical proficiency.
- Highly efficient communicator.
- Effective team builder and motivator.
- Ability to mentor team members with creativity and attention to detail.
- Self-starter and motivator.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic and English, including client presentations using multimedia.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop.
- Experienced in free sketching and hand coloring.
- Efficient in utilizing team members’ strengths.
- Strong attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead project teams with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for project segments or small projects, including overseeing hours and budget.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and seek upper management advice when needed.
- Meet and update clients as required.
- Monitor and stay within allocated project hours and budget.
- Coordinate work with other teams, disciplines, and sub-consultants.
- Collect and analyze data with exceptional technical proficiency.
- Ensure quality control of specifications and drawings.
- Design compliant to project requirements.
- Prepare financial and technical offers.
- Maintain project records, including plans, meeting notes, timeline modifications, and supporting data.
- Produce innovative concepts and integrate comprehensive landscape design elements.
- Maintain close contact with construction supervision teams.
- Attend client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Assist in completing all tasks required to meet project deadlines.
